The 230V electric motors installed in these systems provide more power than in the 12/24V models and the construction based solely on the metal gears and precise main shaft bearing guarantees reliable operation of the sliding gate of any design for many years.

The state-of-the-art control board enables selection and programming of all operating parameters and additionally it has the features that enhance its functionality, improves safety and work culture, such as: partial opening (for pedestrians), adjustable slow-down and deceleration before stopping, signalling the need of interim inspections (cycle counter) and many other functions that are not available in the case of products offered by our competitors.

ELECTROMECHANICAL GEARMOTOR FAAC 414

(Designed for residential swing gates with leaf length of 3 m, 4m with electromagnetic lock)

The FAAC 414 gearmotor is the most practical and economical solution for the gates with single leaf length up to 3 m. The gearmotor is equipped with tubular motor operators – self-locking, therefore no additional locks are required. Considering the tubular construction and the method of attaching the operators to the gate (to the gate face), the FAAC 414 gearmotor is quick and easy to install with no need to make any costly adaptations. Sturdy supporting base of the gate ensures secure locking after closing, even in the case of wide gates.

Anti-crushing safety is ensured by electronic module installed on the control board that directly controls the thrust power. In the case of failure, the leaf of a gate may be unlocked with the use of unlocking mechanism and a set of keys, and it may be operated manually.

The FAAC 414 gearmotor operation costs are absolutely minimal. The device works reliably in any atmospheric conditions, within the range of ambient temperatures from -20°C to +50°C.

FAAC D600

FAAC D600 system for garage doors, max force 600N, max door height: 2.5 m. The D600 motor operators are designed for use in residential garage doors in the garages for one and two cars, as well as in shared garages in small residential estates. The new FAAC D600 gearmotors have modern look that fits even the most exquisite garage. Patented, nylon base of the device ensures quick installation of the operator at the garage ceiling, reducing the installation time by up to 40%.

The new FAAC garage gearmotor has an additional feature involving a bulb in the housing. Pleasant light of the bulb illuminates the garage at each activation of the gearmotor. No additional safety photocells are required when installing the new gearmotor because the motor has an integrated anti-crushing module which is automatically programmed during the garage door opening and closing cycle.

The module stores the value of force required to close or open the door and – if the force exceeds the set threshold – the door is stopped during opening or reversed during closing. All the applied solutions meet the safety requirements guaranteed by globally recognised institutions. An additional advantage of the operators is the fact that they do not require earthing, therefore their installation is easier – there is no need to make any additional modifications or to lay any extra cables that are usually necessary in the case of standard garage operators.

FAAC D1000

The electromechanical D1000 gearmotor for residential and semi-industrial garage doors with a one-piece guide rail.

Versatility

The D1000 model is the system with 24 V motor, one-piece guide rail and a drive chain or kevlar belt that guarantees silent and smooth operation of any garage doors. No modifications are required to adapt the gate for installation of the gearmotor and the system may be installed on the gates that have already been mounted and manually operated.

Quick and easy installation

The gearmotor for garage doors is easy to install. It is installed to the ceiling of a garage. Very simple programming allows you to set the end positions of the door (opening/closing) and release before closing. After the programming cycle is finished, the gearmotor works correctly without any additional adjustments.

Comfort of use

In order to avoid any mechanical damage to the door, the gearmotor has been equipped with electronic control of speed. As the opening cycle begins, the gate moves smoothly and slowly to achieve the normal opening speed and before closing the motor slows down to ensure silent and soft closing of the door.
